Train Supervisors
Equip your supervisors to lead supportively.
Build the capability for your own frontline leaders to supervise in recovery-friendly ways — supportive, consistent, and clear about where supervision ends and clinical care begins.
A program in development
Our Supported Workforce Supervisor Training is a collaborative program in development. We are accepting interest now so we can shape it around what employers actually need and notify you ahead of launch. It is not yet open for enrollment.
How it is designed
An industry-neutral program for frontline supervisors across settings.
- Planned structure: five six-hour classroom days (30 hours) plus a one-week on-the-job practicum.
- Industry-neutral — designed to apply across frontline workplaces, not one sector.
- Built to be delivered collaboratively with employer partners.
What it is designed to cover
Practical, on-the-job supervision skills.
- Leading with both support and clear expectations.
- Recovery-friendly workplace practices that reduce stigma.
- Knowing the line between supervision and clinical support.
