Impact
We're already putting people in early recovery into paid work, with recovery coach-trained supervision and weekly paid recovery coaching. As that support helps people stabilize, the benefit extends to their families, the businesses we serve, and the wider community. We measure what helps and publish our framework as the work grows, rather than unverified numbers.
