Impact
HighTop is in its early days, and we're honest about that. Rather than lead with numbers that are still building, we're transparent about exactly what we track — on every shift and across the model — so that when figures arrive, they mean something.
What we track
Each shift, participants and our recovery-informed supervisors name what's happening, the program responds, and we watch for change over time.
What participants name
What the program does
What progress looks like
The bigger picture
Beyond the shift, six areas tell us whether the model is genuinely helping people, employers, and the wider community.
Participants are paid to attend weekly recovery coaching, because what a community chooses to pay for signals what it values. Counting only billable hours would miss the point. So we also track wellness, stability, and growth — the things that actually keep someone working.
We don't have published figures yet, and we won't post numbers until they're documented, sourced, and approved. They'll appear here as the work matures.
If you're interested in backing measurable, recovery-responsive workforce development in Vermont, we'd welcome a conversation.
